My Info Graphic Resume

The link below leads to my Info Graphic Resume.

I used Photoshop to create the page. In the page, there is logo of facebook, twitter and Linkedin. At the moment  it is just a picture. However, I want to learn how to make it into buttons which can link to actual pages.
